He spent 11 years in the Israel Naval Forces managing large-scale combat training exercises and missions, as well as implementing advanced technological systems, among other duties. Ariel's post-MBA career focus is investment banking.

After graduation, he took an Associate role in the corporate finance practice of a leading management consulting firm for 2 years.
