He did sales and marketing for a major consumer/commercial technology company prior to business school. At MIT Sloan, Tarun is focusing on general management and marketing.

Strengths

Tarun conveyed specific aspects of MIT Sloan that were attractive to him. He was able to make a good connection with the interviewer. Tarun showed passion for the school and the career aspirations he talked about.

Weaknesses

Tarun could have structured his answers better to make his point, presenting a stronger case for his candidacy. His stories could have had more depth, including bringing in more of the emotions and thoughts he had during the situations he shared.
